The recommended indoor capacity is 175. If your guest list is higher than that, indoor and outdoor spaces may be used (along with a tent) to accommodate a larger guest list. Talk to us about your space needs, and let's see if it's possible to accommodate them!
  • Do we need to schedule a tour or can we just stop by?
We kindly request that all tours and visits are made by appointment so we can dedicate a full hour to getting to know you, showing you around this incredible space and answering any questions you may have. You can conveniently schedule your in-person tour right online by clicking here

  • Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?
No. We do not provide linens, cups or silverware.
  • Is a "wedding day coordinator included"?
Heron Hill staff do not serve as wedding day coordinators. You must designate one individual as your contact person for the day of your event to effectively communicate with our onsite team should problems/concerns/questions arise. If not using a wedding planner, we strongly suggest the use of a day of coordinator to ensure implementation of your wedding day details!
  • Will there be on-site staff to assist us?
Absolutely! It is our top priority to create a stress-free environment so that you and your guests can truly be guests at your own event. Our team will be present for your entire event, seeing to the facility-related responsibilities.
  • What does set-up entail?
Heron Hill staff will set up all of your ceremony chairs as well as the tables and chairs for your reception.
  • What does clean-up entail?
At the end of the night, we ask that you remove anything you may have brought in. This may include flower arrangements, table decor, gifts and cards, etc. Heron Hill is professionally cleaned between every event, and handles trash removal following the wedding reception.
  • Can we add our own decorations to the venue?
Yes. At Heron Hill, we understand how important it is to create an atmosphere that is magical for both you and your guests. We invite you to make Heron Hill your own with DIY wedding decor or to hire professionals based on your wedding theme and vision. Please keep in mind we do not allow anything to be stapled or nailed to the walls.
  • Are sparklers or candles permitted?
Yes. We love a romantic sparkler exit and we believe that nothing sets the mood like candle light. We do require, however, that flames be contained (hurricane vase, glass, etc.) or floating in water.
  • Will there be another wedding or tours on the same day?
We only host one wedding per day to ensure that each couple and their guests receive the full attention they deserve, and we absolutely do not host tours during your rental timeframe. You will be our only priority the day of your wedding or event.
  • What time does the party have to end?
Reception, music and bar service must conclude by 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 9:00 pm on Sundays and weeknights. At a minimum, this allows enough time for a grand exit, decor break-down and pack up, AND for everyone to be off the property no later than your rental period.
  • Is Heron Hill pet-friendly?
We understand and appreciate that animals are extensions of our families, so we are happy to welcome your pet to the venue. We just ask that couples let us know in advance what animals will be on the property and that they are kept on a leash and remain outdoors (with the exception of service animals).
  • Do you have a preferred vendor list for caterers and bartenders?
Heron Hill does not have an exclusive vendor list, so we welcome you to bring any licensed and insured full-service caterer and bar service.
